Overview. This website is operated by Fairlowe. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fairlowe. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Use of the store. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
2. Products and descriptions. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their materials and measurements. Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–3 cm because garments are measured by hand. Product images may include styling that is not part of the item for sale; the item you purchase is the one described on the product page.
3. Prices and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product, and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by a pricing or availability error. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.
4. Orders and payment. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds. Shipping times, rates, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Discounts and promotions. Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to previous orders.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, video and the Fairlowe name, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
8. Third-party links and services. Our site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
