Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery. After dispatch, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Most orders arrive within two to three weeks of purchase. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.
Rates. $7.95 per order. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. The first carrier update can take a few days to appear.
Taxes. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Lost or late parcels. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact and we will locate it, resend it or refund it.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always try to help.
