Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days and delivered 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Most arrive within two to three weeks of purchase. Shipping details
How much is shipping?
$7.95 per order, and free on orders of $100 or more.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. For now we only deliver to US addresses.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. The carrier can take a few days to show the first update.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Pieces may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking, at no extra cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Before dispatch we can usually change or cancel it; once it has shipped, it follows the normal returns process.
My order still hasn't arrived.
If it hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return of unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags and original packaging. Earrings can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. How returns work
How do I return something?
Email us your order number and what you'd like to return. We reply within one business day with the authorization and the return address. Please don't send a parcel without it.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the piece arrives faulty or incorrect — then we cover it.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of receiving the piece, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 3 to 10 days to show it.
Can I exchange for another size?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the piece and reorder the right size, so you don't wait through two shipping cycles.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right, without asking you to send anything back.
Sizing & materials
How do your sizes fit?
Our pieces run about one size small; if you're between sizes, size up. Every product page has its own size guide with the garment's measurements. Size guide
Can you help me choose a size?
Yes. Write to us with your height, weight and the size you normally wear, and we'll tell you which one to order.
What are the pieces made of?
Each product page lists the fibre content, so you know exactly what you're buying.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
The ones shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card details.
Will I pay import duties?
No. Orders within the United States carry no additional charges.
