Refund policy
You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return. Email with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within one business day with an authorization and the return address. Parcels sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
Return shipping. Paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the item without requiring you to send it back.
Exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
